Every effort will be made to answer your questions within 24 hours. Send your letter during the day and you should get a fairly rapid response. Send your letter during the evening and night hours, your response will be the next business day. Our Business Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This is U.S. Eastern Time. So if you are planning that compressor job this weekend, you might want to send your letter before the weekend arrives. At this time all technical assistance is free.

Automotive A/C Systems are under large amounts of pressure.  They have the potential to SERIOUSLY hurt you. 

From time to time we respond by suggesting that you take your vehicle to a qualified A/C Specialist. This is probably because we can tell by they way you ask your questions that you don’t have enough understanding of how an A/C system works. Please don’t be offended by this.  It is for your protection.  We have been in A/C work for over twenty years and we are far from knowing it all. We are HAPPY to help, where we can.  But we don’t want to see anyone get hurt. It’s not worth it!

Chris has gone to a lot of work in the last couple of years to keep this site up and running.  You can get help from across the United States, the Continent, or maybe even the World.
