When you arrive at Automotive Air you
can expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. During your first
visit we will perform a full diagnostics check-out of your A/C system.
Your A/C System breaks down into three basic areas. These three areas are
the refrigerant circuit, the electrical circuit, and the air handling circuit.
All three systems will be checked for function. Automotive Air Conditioning
can be a technically demanding system. Either the whole system works,
or none of it works. What we mean can be explained like this. Suppose you
remove your muffler from your automobile. The car will run just fine.
It may be a bit noisy, but it will run just fine. With A/C you can
have one small relay not working and the system will not cool. You may
have a slight refrigerant overcharge, or undercharge, and the system will
not cool. So when customers come in and say, “It’s not cooling,”
the causes can be wide and varied. That’s where over 25 years experience
comes in handy. Being able to spot the routine problems as well as
the more elusive troubles is one of our specialities.
Upon the completion of the diagnostic you will be
presented with a written estimate of needed repairs, along with a full
explanation of what is needed and why. We STRONGLY
ENCOURAGE QUESTIONS. We want you to feel comfortable with
