Shipments
Most orders are shipped UPS or Fedex Ground. Orders received before 2:00 p.m. usually go out that afternoon. An E mail confirmation will be sent upon request.
This E mail will have your shipping numbers so you may track your shipment using the UPS or the Fedex Ground links.
Warranties
Compressors and Clutches are guaranteed against manufacture defects for a period of six (6) months or 5,000 miles, whichever occurs first, PROVIDING
the accumulator and orifice tube or the receiver-drier was purchased from A/C Parthouse. With Compressor purchases ONLY, no accumulator and orifice, or receiver-drier purchased, all warranties will
be void. No Compressor will be accepted for warranty claim unless the receiver-drier, accumulator, orifice tube or VIR was replaced when the compressor was installed. No burnt clutches will be accepted
for warranty claims.
All other parts purchased from A/C Parthouse are guaranteed against manufacture defects for a period of Twelve (12) months or 10,000, miles whichever occurs first.
Receiver-driers and Accumulators are guaranteed against leaks and desiccant rattle only.
These warranties are for PARTS ONLY. There are no labor, refrigerant, nor freight warranties.
Labor Warranty
Labor is not warrantied on any parts sold by A/C Parthouse.
Return Policies
All returned merchandise MUST be shipped Freight Prepaid. Defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge, or a merchandise credit will be promptly issued. No Cash Refunds.
Customers will be notified, upon receipt, of parts that are NOT covered under warranty and why. Merchandise returned, other than warranty claims, will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
